Like all Mokosh moisturisers, this one is preservative-free. It is lighter than the body butters, spreading easily over the skin and leaving it soft and supple. It is rich in our wonderful unrefined shea butter and cold-pressed grapeseed oil which contains high levels of anti-oxidants. Gently scented with lavender and geranium essential oils.

Ingredients:
Unrefined shea butter (fair trade), cold-pressed grapeseed oil, certified organic apricot kernel oil, vitamin E, and essential oils of lavender and geranium.

Application:
Mokosh creams are preservative-free. Because they contain no water, they are best applied to skin that is freshly washed and lightly damp. Massage into the skin gently and allow a few extra minutes for them to be absorbed. They leave your skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. Note that you can use far smaller quantities of these creams (less than half) compared to standard moistuisers – a little goes a long way.

Special care:
Because Mokosh creams contain no water, they are unlikely to become contaminated by bacteria or fungi and therefore have a long shelf-life. They contain vitamin E which will help prevent the oils from undergoing oxidation. We recommend you use them within 6 months to reap the full benefit of their highly nutritious oils. However if stored in a cool dark place out of sunlight, they will last for at least 12 months. If you prefer, store in the refrigerator to ensure longevity.
