Goodwill Dolls from the Tshwaranang-B Co-Op, Soweto, South Africa.
This traditionally-built lady is wearing the traditional dress of the Xhosa people, complete with beaded jewellery. Her clothes are removable and she can also be used as a puppet and stands up all by herself! She was lovingly created by Alinah Mosikilli, one of the ladies of the Tshwaranang Co-Op.
